Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dynamic Brentford Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, refunds may be issued based on valid reasons and subject to verification. We encourage all clients to thoroughly review the service details before making any payment.

 

1. Service Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel a service must submit a written request via email to info@dynamicbrentford.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the commencement of the service.

Requests made after services have commenced or been delivered (in full or in part) may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

Clients must clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction, supported by appropriate documentation or evidence, if applicable.

Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our team may contact the client for further clarification or investigation.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 60 business days via the original mode of payment.

 

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase without a valid service-related issue.

Delays or service issues arising due to client inaction, lack of communication, or unresponsiveness.

Services that have already been delivered and accepted.

Situations where interviews or selections have been completed.

Non-refundable third-party fees or charges incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., government fees, payment gateway charges).

 

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

A portion of the service has been delivered.

The reason for dissatisfaction is deemed valid, but the service was partially fulfilled.

5. Modifications to Services

If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, you may request reasonable modifications or corrections. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests at no additional cost, subject to the terms of your service agreement.

 

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Invoice or Transaction ID

Reason for Refund or Cancellation

Any Supporting Documentation

 

7. Policy Updates
